aaahhhh....

It's really hard coming back sometimes after taking a day off... stomach of course is messed up and doesn't feel well at all... so that always brings me down mentally and physically...

Workout was:

5 rounds

5 Back Squats 135#
10 C2G push ups
15 GHD Sit ups
20 GHD Back Ext
25 KB Swings 16kg

Time 20:58

Could've done sub 20 mins but took lots of rest breaks for really no reason other than laziness...
