B: Protein shake: -Whey protein isolate, w/half banana, 1/2 c strawberries, 1/2 blackberries & 1 tbsp flax oil
                          -1 turkey sausage patty
L: 2 cutie oranges, fajita meat, cashew butter
S: Pure Bar (after lifting)
D: Potato and egg tacos on corn tortillas, banana, cashew butter
