Met up with Megan, my running partner and ran a 5k... went to the 'Box' and decided to do a pretty hard workout since tomorrow is going to be my day off...

Then rowed for 10 mins... rowed 2040meters...not too bad. My back started to cramp up, that's when I knew it was time for a rest day... Looking forward to it! It's nice looking forward to those, whereas I used to not cause I thought I needed to workout everyday... now, I know better, finally!!! ; )
