Thought I would have been more rested this morning... seemed like I slept well enough... my stomach of course was bothering me, not digging that much... Came to the 'Box' even though I really didn't feel like working out... wanted to work on my Jiu Jitsu with Conor... that always make me happy ;-) Sure enough, got here and started to work on it and I felt better instantly... I think has partly to do with the fact that I'm training with him but also learning all of the basic Jiu Jitsu moves that I haven't ever mastered and am now starting to... I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!! After that, I decided I would try a little CrossFit workout... probably should've because I ended up ripping my hand from pull ups...
I tried to do:
5 rounds
12 kipping pull ups
18 GHD Sit ups
24 Walking Lunges 25# bar
ended up with
5 rounds
3 rds were kipping pull ups, then ripped my hand and switched to jumping pull ups my last 2 rounds
3 rounds of GHD, but ended up on the floor doing regular because it was hurting my hand
1 round of walking lunges with 25# bar, ended with 4 rounds without bar
Time 15:23 EVERYTHING SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!
