Didn't get to run this morning unfortunately... oh well, will start back on Thursday... Came to the 'Box' for an elements appointment with Stephanie and Austin. They are a really nice couple and are very serious about CrossFit! I'm very proud of them... they've come along way within 3 weeks... They are doing an awesome job! I decided on a workout after a long deliberation...

Needed something else though, more cardio since I didn't run... to be continued... ;-)
Turned out to be:

5 kipping pull ups
10 c2g push ups
15 row for calories
20 ghd sit ups
Time 11:44
It was a pretty good short cardio workout... I also wanted a reason to work on my kipping pull up ;o) Now, to get my chest to the damn bar... it will soon be!!!!! I challenge myself!
