I don't know... still lazy... so lazy Monday!

Slept in... was gonna workout with Daniel after his class, but when I got there he had already worked out with the class ;-) That was cool... I did:

50 Push Ups chest to ground
50 Weighted Lunges 25# bar
50 GHD back ext
400 m run

Time 12.:31

Didn't feel like that good of a workout, not sure why... didn't push myself I suppose... will do something else later...

Came back to do some Jiu Jitsu with Conor... while I was waiting on him to finish a workout I decided to do the CrossFit Football workout...

10 Rounds for time

3 Deadlift 135#
6 Ring Dips
9 Knees to elbows

Time 17:23 sucked!!!

But I wasn't moving really fast either... then did some Jitz with Conor... Lovin' It!!! ;-)

B: 2 Eggs, 3 slices canadian bacon, 1 peach, 1 avocado 6f/2c/3p
L: 3 oz chicken breast grilled, salad greens, peach 6f/2c/3p
S: 1oz turkey jerky, 1/4 cranberries, 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin seeds
D: Buffalo burger w/ bacon, muenster cheese & baked fries (don't know how much of anything, just ate it- totally blew it here)
