a little something called... 'come on, seriously?'

Ran 5k this morning with Megan... it was good, tough but good... we ran a new route that she picked out, thanks partner! ;-)

Came to the 'box', did CrossFit Football workout...

Strength training was:

3x5 Back Squat 165#
3x5 Bench Press 95#

Then WoD was:

as many rounds in 12 mins of:

10 KB Swings 1 pood
Sprint 40yds

I did 15 rounds... sucked bad! winded today, I guess cause I already ran 3 miles this morning...

Breakfast: Protein Shake
3p. 2c, 6f
Post workout: Pear

Lunch: Chicken breast, salad, broccoli, cauliflower & carrots mix oh and a banana
4p/3c/3f

Snack: Protein bar

Dinner: Sauteed, onion, yellow pepper, garlic, jalapeno & roma tomato w/ 3 eggs
topped w/ hatch green chili salsa & avocado
