Got up early but had a hard time waking up... My stomach was bothering me from the pizza and wine that I wasn't supposed to have the night before... got to the 'Box' late... Daniel had already worked out... It took me a while to warm up, but finally got motivated...
Did the '300'...it was modified with a row for the pull ups

That was actually pretty good considering the first time I did it, I didn't finish within the 20 minutes. I still had 15 clean and press and 25 pull ups to finish. I think the floor wipes and push ups are what kills my time!
