Sunday, lazy Sunday...

Didn't really feel like working out at all today... I didn't get up and run like I was supposed to... came into the 'Box' decided to put some kind of workout together... was having a hard time getting motivated... Conor motivated me ;-) So... I did:

21-15-9
Row for calories
Back Squat 65#
Snatch 45#
GHD Sit Ups
Ring Dips

Time 20:07

Then:

5 Sets, 10 reps 20# dumbbell shoulder presses

Time 4:16

Then:

Rowed for 10 mins

2070 calories

Hopefully the day will improve... We'll see, I'm looking forward to going home and watching Relic and The Mist curled up on the couch... ;-)
