Rise and shine Monday.... ; o )

Met Daniel at the 'Box' at what was supposed to be 5:15... got there at 5:22. Warmed up, then decided what workout to do based on the 4 we had to choose from...

3 Rounds for time:

10 Thrusters 65#
10 Burpee pull ups

Time 7:23

Then for 5 minutes...

Rowed 30 secs hard 30 secs active

1062 total meters

30 secs hard averaged 585 meters

All together it was a decent workout... quick! My thrusters suck!!! I actually did kipping burpee pull ups... so nice to actually have my kipping down!!! It has made me happy... it's a constant work in progress! It's all legs... I have to keep telling myself that and I have to practice them everyday...
