Ate horribly this weekend... Thought I'd get it all out of my system since I knew I would be starting this challenge today... I even ate horribly today even though it was so good... it was a 'Reuben' but authentic in Fredricksburg at the Brewery... even had a glass of wine and drank some of Conor's beer which I shouldn't have cause it didn't agree with my stomach... oh well, so ok, here it goes, I did the '300' Spartan challenge workout:
25 Pull ups (yellow band)
50 Deadlifts (95 #)
50 Push Ups (chest to ground)
50 Box Jumps
50 Floor Wipers (95#)
50 Clean & Press KB 12kg
25 Pull Ups
There's a 20 min cut off time...
I did up to 35 clean & press, so I had 15 more to go plus all pull ups... so, next time the goal is to finish within the 20 mins and beat it!!!
