I didn't run or workout this morning because I had to be at my first final at 8am... It went pretty well I think... It felt okay ; ) The anxiety really set in about an hour before my statistics final... I meditated like 4 times before the final... I was almost hyperventilating, I needed to calm down... So, I did, thanks to Conor... he saved my day!!! ; ) Went in, took the final, just as I thought it totally blew, but now it's over... so, we'll see... Went to the 'Box' and did an awesome workout:
5 Deadlifts 175#
10 Box Jumps
15 Chest to ground push ups
20 KB Swings 1 pood (20kg)

That was the first time I had used a 20kg kettlebell... it was good! Can't go back now... ; )
Then, I sat on a bench and did Tabata shoulder press with a 12# medball... 20secs on, 10 sec rest, 8 rounds... it's amazing how such a small amount of weight can really tire you out and get heavy... yikes!~
Then, I went and did yoga... it was so nice! I wasn't really into it, but glad that I went... we worked on knees... Jonci is an awesome instructor! I really enjoy her class and I wish we had more... ; )
