Got to the 'Box' early this morning to do a body comp... waited for Daniel... chatted with Heath a bit... then Daniel came in bout 8:30. We went back and forth about what workout we were going to do... finally decided and it was pretty brutal...
Tabata Something Else... 20 secs on, 10 secs off of:
Deadlift 95# - lowest rep was 8
Bench Press 45# - lowest rep was 5
Push Press 45# - lowest rep was 6
Box Jump 24 inch box - lowest rep was 6
Had to strip the weight on bench press twice... started with 65#, then to 55#, finally to 45#... it was tough!!! Awesome workout to say the least... thanks Daniel, awesome workout buddy ;-)
