Gotta get my form... Cleans and I are kind of enemies right now... I've had to lower weight to get the form down. Which is what I'm supposed to do but I'm frustrated that my form sucks... I've gotta get my hips back and under the damn bar! That's all there is to it! I'm determined! I will find it and I will make it mine! ; - )

This was a good one! My quads are shot and super tight! Liked it, I needed that!
Now, I must do well with my diet... maybe the fact that I'm broke will help eating, haha ; ) I have to eat the same thing over and over again... ie, chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, eggs, avocado, etc... I just have to keep reiterated that in my head to my stomach... I know I sound crazy right now! Oh well ; )
